Maddy Swank is co-founder of Canyons Coffee with her husband Steven Swank. She is the co-founder and visionary, with years of professional barista experience. Steven and Maddy Swank as owners.
The idea started in 2020. The coffee-cart business launched in 2022 at the Rock Climbing World Cup in Salt Lake City. The first brick-and-mortar shop opened in February 2024 at 3078 W 7800 S #1A, West Jordan. The shop lists specialty espresso, house-made pastries, breakfast, and lunch. They also run mobile espresso carts for events around Salt Lake City and Park City.
